I haven't reviewed anything before but I wanted to review this book because it is almost useless. It is filled beginning to end with superficial waffle and undefined acronyms. Clearly aimed at improving the the author's position in the industry and his ability to sell training in property investment. He has successfully espoused the strategy mentioned in the book. Namely generating multiple income streams. Unfortunately I am the wally who paid him. Beyond a superficial overview of the authors ideas on investment there is nothing to recommend this book. Its a repetivie self help mantra.
I was hoping to see a detailed analytical and financial strategy. With examples, calculations, check lists, reference to law, to tax regimes, investment models. There is nothing. Worse, there is a focus on the UK property market. This is one of the most robust markets in the world. What about riskier markets? We don't all live in London. With radical politicians, huge labour unrest, a massive unemployed youthful population and ample space to build new housing where I live I would have been pleased if I had found a more risk aware and technically detailed content.
If you want to feel motivated and good about borrowing money and generating revenue without reference to a bottom line or return on investment this is the book for you. If you want a rational and financially coherent study I'd suggest you look somewhere else.

Utter drivel from a self promoting spammer.
For the first time a comprehensive guide detailing the outline of the journey from start to finish, a comprehensive work in its own right. However whilst easy to understand, having a degree of previous reading from the author might help understand some of the concepts that are briefly touched on through the book.

I would recommend as an addition to your library but also recommend reading the authors first two books as a prequel.
